Scope and form:  1 week with seminars and work shops followed by two weeks at hospitals as trainee

Compulsory:  31650 / 92604 / 92605 (eller tilsvarende / or equivalent)
Prerequisites:  31650 Knowledge about biomedical engineering and physiology

Participant limitation:  Min. 6 Max. 10
Aim:  The purpose of the course is to acquaint the student with the work at a hospital. Especially the departments and specialties, the working circumstances, and the use of different apparatus.
Contents:  The organization of a hospital. Hospital departments. Hospital economy. Patient relations. Etichs, clinical trials, technology assesment. Tuition at a hospital. Writing of a short report.
Remarks:  Part of the course takes place at hospitals in greater Copenhagen
