| Aim: To train the students in the planning and conducting of experimental projects in a civil engineering laboratory. |
| Contents: Initially the students analyze a problem for which experimental work is needed, in order to plan an experimental set-up and to prepare the drawings for its production. The they carry out the necessary measurements in a suitable and reliable way. Afterwards they process their data output trying to determine, adjust or confirm relations between relevant parameters and to describe the statistical uncertainties on their findings. |
