Aim:  To arrive at a more advanced stage of
knowledge concerning Road Traffic Engineering: Traffic Management, capacity, safety and environmental consequences
Contents:  First theme is traffic safety, in which
registration, effect analysis, accident
reconstruction and local safety enhan-
cement is treated. Then traffic regula-
tion at intersections, where capacity,
safety and criteria to chose between
roundabouts, signal intersections and
priority intersections. And lastly
traffic environment like noise, air and barrier effect.
