Aim:  The course aims at giving the students knowledge of organization, management and psychology in relation to (development of) technology and work.
Including knowledge of
- the corporation in society, organizational functioning and developing of corporations / companies,
- labour market, corporation / company and working life,
- psychological consequences of organization and work,
- the impact of culture and psychology on orientations to work and workperformance.
Contents:  The course will introduce / present:
- a broad selection of classic and modern theories of organization,
- sociological descriptions and theory of work and labour markets (with a weight on danish labour markets),
- psychological and cultural investigations of the workplace; theory of individual, group and culture in working life.
