Aim:  To learn to use operational research and sociological planning methods in cooperation with the users. To construct a social science based framework to be able to understand the use of these methods in practice.
Contents:  - planning methodology within a social sciences framework
- power, learning and communication methods in cooperation with experts, decisionmakers and users
- design and carry out of user oriented planningprocesses using models and concrete examples.
As examples of subjects for the final report can be mentioned: strategy development and cooperation with users within product and organisation development, traffic planning, environmental planning, IT design and applications, etc.
