Aim: To qualify the participants to manage organizational changes processes by giving them knowledge of concepts and theories to analyze changes in and among organizations. |
Contents: Presentation of theories within the fields of organizational change (rational approaches, general concepts and emergent, political process approaches). On that basis analyses of cases of organizational changes. Reports wil document the result of these analysis. |
