Also, reading of literature on theories and methodologies in analysing social and environmental aspects of the process of change or the investigations, which are going to be studied or initiated as part of the project. This may be theories and methodologies concerning technology and knowledge transfer, technology assessment, expert roles, environment auditing etc.. In addition, reading of literature on relevant investigative methods: laboratory methods, the taking of samples, interviews, workshops, collection of statistics, cooperation with organisations, companies, local communities etc. As part of the course, the project and the field study will be planned on the basis of the guidelines of Logical Framework Approach (LFA), in order to - among other things - identify the necessary organisational, physical and economic framework and preconditions for conducting the project work and the field study.
