27033 Experimental Fermentation Technology
This Course is Primarily Intended for Students Following the M.Sc. Program inBiotechnology at DTU
Danish title: Eksperimentel fermentingsteknologi

Class schedule:   after agreement with the teacher
The one week after DTU's 3 weeks period before the DTU Spring semester and also DTU's 3-weeks period in June.
Exam schedule:   No exam
Recommended semester:  7th - 9th semester
Scope and form:  Experimental Exercises and Short Written Laboratory Reports
Evaluation:  Approval of coursework/reports
The laboratory exercises in January are evaluated by short written reports (approved/not approved). The laboratory exercises in June are evaluated by reporting/oral presentation (approved/not approved).
Examination:  Pass/fail
Prerequisites:  27961
Remarks:  The course runs together with 27031 in the 3-weeks period in June. In January the course will give a introduction to the basic techniques and methods encountered in the biotechnology field.
