Scope and form:  Lectures, cases, exercises and project(s). The course aim will be achieved through the use of production lines as cases, followed by a spot test (multiple choice)
Evaluation:  Oral presentation and approval of reports
and spot tests, as well as passing the seminar. The spot test will be on: 27th September, 25th October and 22nd November. Seminar in week 49
Examination:  13-scale
Prerequisites:  27700 / 91924
No credit points with:  91533
Remarks:  The course is compulsory for all students of Food Science and Technology. The weighting of the spot test and report from group work are 2:3.
