Scope and form:  The course runs over three weeks with 15 days (9-16) that are divided between lectures, group discussions, practical laboratory work, seminars and small projects.
Evaluation:  Oral presentation and approval of reports
The course will be evaluated based on a written report/poster session and an oral presentation of the results of a small project
Examination:  Pass/fail
Prerequisites:  High-level knowledge in one or more of the course topics corresponding to a master’s degree and basic knowledge of: organic chemistry, natural product chemistry, chromatography, mass spectrometry, fungal biology and taxonomy, systematics
Participant limitation:  Max. 6
Remarks:  A major part of the laboratory work will be on a small project, which to some extent can be a part of the participant own PhD project.
