Aim: To give the necessary background to plan and execute experimental investigations of the behavior of materials, structures and structural elements. Furthermore to do analysis of the acquired data and to present everything in a structured and clear fashion. |
Contents: Relation between experiment and theory. Model theory. Data analysis. Planing of experiments. Mechanical and electrical deformation measurements. Measurements of forces. Controlling experiments. Measurements of temperature and moisture. Acoutic emission. Communication of results. |
