| Aim: To enable the participants to solve electromagnetic problems on a computer by using analytic and numerical methods. |
| Contents: The course begins with a introduction to FORTRAN and C/C++. In connection with this introduction, the students solve one common exercise which involves a simple electromagnetic problem. Afterwards, the students solve a larger computational problem in the area of electromagnetic field theory with an emphasis on problems with a direct relation to the research of the institute. |
