| Aim: To give an introduction to linear discrete problems encountered in civil engineering and to enable the student to cope with these problems within a coherent framework of Mathematics. This includes the numerical treatment. |
| Contents: Vectors, Matrices, Systems of Linear Equations. Logic and Mathematical Reasoning. Vectorspace Determinants. Linear Vectorfunctions. Eigenvalue problems. Introduction to relevant software packages. |
