Aim: To give the students such knowledge about neural networks that he/she can specify solutions in process control, pattern recognition etc. |
Contents: Examples of neural networks, biological neural networks and mathematical models.
Models of artificial neural networks and an introduction to the subjects "feedforward", "back propagation", "learning" and "adaption".
The single layer perceptron as a classifier. Different learning rules and rules for training.
Design of a neural network designated to solve a specific problem.
