Aim: To introduce the students to theories, methods and techniques for the application of knowledge based systems in control systems. |
Contents: The course provides an introduction to decision problems met in controlling industrial plant, including problems related to the human-machine interface. The methods include modelling approaches used for representation of complex plant in knowledge based systems. Among the approaches is Multilevel Flow Modelling. Techniques for implementation of knowledge based systems will also be presented, both in the form of lectures and in the form of laboratory exercises. |
