| Aim: To enable the student to work independently with technical-biochemical methods specific to the fermentation sector. |
| Contents: Experimental work with a selected biosystem, e.g. microbial fermentation, cell cultures or enzyme reactor. Examination of metabolism, product formation, kinetics or model simulations. |
