| Aim: The aim of the course is an introduction to modern chromatographic methods. The course is taken simultaneously with the corresponding laboratory course D6787. |
| Contents: Principles of chromatographic separation, thin layer chromatography (TLC), gaschromatography (including capillary gaschromatography), liquid chromatography (including HPCL), ion exchange chromatography (IEC), exclusion chromatography (GPLC), affinity chromatography, prepartiv chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, sampel preperation and qantiative analysis. |
