| Aim: The aim of the course is an introduction to modern chromatographic methods. The course is taken simultaneously with the corresponding laboratory course D6787. |
| Contents: Principles of liquid-liquid extractions, adsorption chromatography, partition chromatography, ion exchange chromatography; paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography (TLC), gas chromatography (GLC and GSC), exclusion chromatography (GPLC), and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). |
