| Aim: The aim of the course is an introduction to practical chromatographic techniques. The laboratory course is taken simultaneously with the theoretical chromatography course D6782; the two courses (D6782 and D6787) must be considered as a unity. |
| Contents: Kutcher-Steudel extraction, thin layer chromatography (TLC), column chromatography, radiometric paper chromatography, gas chromatography (GC), temperature programmed GC, preparative liquid chromatography, ion exchange chromato- graphy, etc. |
