Aim: To give the students an insight into project management. The main emphasis will be on understanding the most important management duties, the special environment of construction projects, the social interaction between the parties involved and the organizational solutions which are particular for the construction sector. |
Contents: The different approaches to project management: creation and aim of project, project planning and control, project organization and management. |
