Aim: The course will illustrate the firms' cooperation during the building process. It will be made understandable how technological development is influenced by mutual relations of the firms during the current market conditions, which are increasingly internationalized.
Contents: The introducing lectures will deal with the extensive division of work between firms that characterizes the consulting - as well as the execution aspect of construction production. The different types of firms and their role in the construction process are evaluated in relation to the technology they represent. Management strategies are discussed in these perspectives. The group work will be based upon the specific topics within the above mentioned themes.
