Aim: To provide knowledge of inorganic chemical processes in aqueous solution and in the gas phase. To practise calculation of systems in chemical equilibrium. |
Contents: Law of mass action, gas phase equilibria, ion equilibria in aqueous solution, solubility, acid-base equilibria, pH calculation, buffer systems, complex equilibria and acid-base titrations. |
