Remarks: Bring DKK 50.- for key deposit on the first day and DKK 205.- for materials.
Maximum number of students during the 3 week periods is 24. The course is taught in Danish

Aim: Through instruction and workshop training to enable the students to:
a) Characterize production processes such as turning, milling, grinding, drilling, welding, sheet bending, sheet stretching, casting, extruding etc. on the basis of practical exercises.
b) Explain the principles and use of these processes, and use them in a workshop environment.
c) Explain and use a number of measuring methods and instruments for determination of length, roughness, and angles. Use of tolerances.
Contents: Instructed practical workshop training including operation of machine tools in relation to turning, milling, grinding, drilling, filing, welding, soldering, sheet bending, casting, plastics extruding, plastics diecasting, manual production of glass fibre armed polyester. Furthermore, measuring instruments will be used.
