Aim: To enable the student to analyze and synthesize integrated circuits for analogue signal processing in CMOS and bipolar technology. |
Contents: Active and passive components in integrated technology. Analogue integrated circuits for continuous-time signal processing: Current sources, current mirrors, voltage references, current conveyors, amplifiers, filters. Analogue integrated circuits for discrete-time signal processing: switched capacitor circuits, switched current circuits. Design methods and design tools for analogue integrated elctronics. Current topics of research at the Department of Information Technology: Current mode signal processing, data converters, smart sensors. |
