| Aim: The course should give the students a general introduction to the techniques presently available for counting, identificating, and culturing microorganisms found in biogasreactors, soil and water treatment plants. |
| Contents: Sample preparation, MPN-methods, direct counts, modern methods for identification of microrganisms, measurering of microbial activity og growth. |
