Aim: To enable the student to: - evaluate project alternatives. - understand and handle uncertainty and risk. - produce estimates and schedules.
Contents: - evaluation of projects for larger private or public sector jobs. Criterion, cost benefit, rate of return. - risk management. - the Successive principle, handling uncertainty in connection with costing and scheduling. - principles for costing and scheduling.
