| Aim: To enable the students to analyse and determine the operation of plastics forming processes and select machines and moulds according to the demands of the processes. |
| Contents: Processing properties of plastics. Analysis and simulation of plastic forming processes. Calculation of flow, pressures and temperatures in Dies and Tools. Calculation of deformations and temperatures in membrane processes. Optimizing and controlling plastics processes. |
