Aim: To give a basic knowledge of simple analog and digital circuits and experience in theoretical and practical design as well as measurements on the circuits.
Contents: Simulation of electronis circuits using a PC. Electronic measuring instruments and function generators. Input and output impedance. Pasive electronic components. Low and high pass filters. Diodes and rectifier circuits. Voltage stabilizing circuits. Bipolar trasistors. Common emitter emplifier stage and emitter follower. Circuits using operational amplifiers. An example concerning a DC motor control circuit. Digital electronics. Booles algebra. CMOS-technology. Gates. Flip-flops. Counters.
