Aim: To give the students a basic knowledge of surveying methods and instruments. To enable the student to decide on methods and instruments in order to achieve a specific accuracy concerning setting out, control measurements and networks. And to enable the students to carry out surveying on a building site using modern instruments.
Contents: The course introduces varius instruments for angular measurements, electronic distance measurements and levelling. The exercises is consisting of network planning and measurements, setting out, intersection, resection, tacheometry and levelling. A house is set out and a technical map produced.
