Aim: The aim of the course is an introduction to modern chromatographic methods.

Contents: Principles of chromatographic separation, thin layer chromatography (TLC), gaschromatography (including capillary gaschromatography), liquid chromatography (including HPCL), ion exchange chromatography (IEC), exclusion chromatography (GPC), affinity chromatography, electrophoresis, sampel preparation and quantiative analysis.
