Aim: To teach the student to plan and perform a limited research project with use in the area of food science and technology.
|
Contents: Definition of the problem. Collection, sorting and critical evaluation of relevant literature. Planning and performing of laboratory experiments and calculations. Evaluation, discission and conclusion of the results in relation to the hypothesis based on the literature. Presentation of the results in a written report and oral presentation at the end of the semester.
