Aim: The public transport in and outside cities is considered, and models are set up to give solutions and evaluations to operations and planning problems in transport networks, especially terminals, both in industrialised and developing countries.

Contents: Passenger and freight transport, concerning railways, roads, airports and seaports/pipelines. Description of environmental and safety problems. Calculation of delays and capacity. Forecasting, economy, policy, and organisation of transport are treated.
