Aim: To give the student experimental experience with research in one of the fields of bio/chemical microsystems and to give the student an opportunity to make an in-depth literature study.
|
Contents: The student has to perform an independent literature study or experimental work - both related to the research projects of the group Bio/chemical MicroSystems. The subjects of the course may comprise microsystems for cell diagnostics, analytical methods for microseparation such as chromatography or capillary electrophoresis, automation of immunoassays, DNA screening and cancer diagnostics. The activities of the student will be performed in close collaboration with the supervisor of the project.
