Contents:
Experimental projects intimately related to ongoing research at MIC. The experimental work is done in close collaboration with PhD students at MIC. If you contact one of the supervisors of the course, you have a unique opportunity to have a project set up to fit your special interest and needs. Examples of previous projects:
Silicon fusion bonding in UHV.
Evaluation of a piezoresistive AFM probe.
Piezoresistive cantilever beams as sensors.
Studies of surface conductivity by micro 4-point probes.
Fabrication of micro 4-point probes.
STM induced Hydrogen desorbtion from Hydrogen passivated Silicon (100).
