Aim: To provide a basis for the student to analyse and formulate parts of IT and telecommunication strategies. Relevant and actual case studies are presented and represents various problems which are the basis for discussing theoretical and application aspects of strategy development.
|
Contents: Various cases are presented exemplifying different IT and telecommunication aspects of strategy development. Cases will point towards actual problems and may include themes such as:
- implementation strategies
- network strategies
- strategies for design of information systems
- security/disaster/recovery planning
Furthermore, a number of external lectures will be given. The student must, based on the cases and lectures, him/herself analyse relevant problems through project work-
