Aim: To teach the students independent planning and implementation of a minor project in the food research area.
|
Contents: Problem formulation. Documentation, collection, organization, interpretation and evaluation and relevant litterature. Planning and implementation of laboratory experiments and conclusions of research results and calculatons, carried out if necessary in relation to proposed work hypotheses. Presented as written reports. Oral presentation of experimental results at the end of the 3 weeks period.
