Aim: To learn the student to design, construct and test a computer system.
To learn the student to construct interfaces including the nessecary software for a pC.
To learn the student systemprogramming, on a PC.
Contents: Hardware construction of a computer with I/O-devices.
The CPU, bussystems, memory-systems and I/O-devices.
Timer-control, polling-, interrupt- and DMA-control.
Systemprogramming, filesystems and file-control, memory-control and device-drivers.
Methods and tools to construct and test computers.
