Aim: To train the ability to work in a group on a lager multi-disciplinary project. Training in the presentation of theory and results in both written and oral form.
|
Contents: Each group is given a multi-diciplinary project, chosen amongst the subjects offered, or they propose a subject of their own choice. The project could be either process design or product design, and the following disciplines should be included in the project: Chemical reaction engineering, simulation and control, applied thermodynamics and either biotechnology or corrosion. The project must also include environmental and economic aspects.
