Aim: To enable the participants to use design and construction methods based on international practise and standards in foreign soil and rock types.- To evaluate strength and deformation properties for soil and rock types unlike typical danish types.
|
Contents: International geotechnical engineering practise, regional soil and rock properties, field and laboratory procedures. Soil and rock types like laterite, black cotton soil, loess, permafrost in arctic regions and soft and weathered rock types are treated.
