Aim: To teach the student an independant planning of a minor research project relevant to food science.

Contents: Definition of a problem. Searching, documentation, and evaluation of relevant literature. Planning and performing laboratory experiments. Evaluation and conclusions of these experiments in relation to the working hypothesis. Evaluation of reports.
